Double Bass Paint touch up for GK-MB200 Old Combo Amp

I have an old, pre 1990, GK MB-200 combo amp. Nothing wrong with the amp, and it just passed inspection at the repair shop.

The enclosure is all metal, and I would like to re-paint it, or at least touch up the bare metal spots.

Anyone have any suggestions as to the best paint to use that will last and be resistant to dings?
