Bach Rescue Remidies work for me,
they have a spray and pastels that ive used.
Also, the mountain dews are terrible in more ways than one...sugar, caffeine, msg, and a slew of chemical acids for additives- acetic, fumaric, gluconic and phosphoric acids...ever wonder why grandpaw would use a coke to clean the windshield of a car and/or the engine?
Right now you're drinking 343 gallons of Mt. Dew a year. Keep it up and you're going to have a hole in your stomach...or worse.
just thought that I would revive this thread as I've been trying to get back to my life b4 panic attacks. Haven't had one in about 6-7 weeks now, yet sometimes I still feel as if the PAs are still there waiting to creep up on me.
any thoughts?
