Parrallel output question

A question regarding impedance: I have a head I pulled from a Fender BXR 300, and I'm looking to build 2 2x10 speaker cabs for it. The ohm rating on the head says minimum 4ohms, but if I run 2 cabs off the parallel output, will I still be running at 4ohms or 8ohms? Thanks for any help.

2 8 ohm cabs in parallel -> 4 ohms total
2 4 ohm cabs in parallel -> 2 ohms total

depends on the impedance of the 2x10's you are making.

Each 2x10 cab needs to be 2x16Ohm speakers in parallel, or 2x4Ohms in series - either will give you 8 Ohms/cab.

2 of those cabs plugged in will give you your 4 hm load.
