Passive effects loop with blend

As it says in the title, I have several boss or electro harmonix type effects that have dry and wet output so I wonder if there is any way to make a small loop of effects with mix control, my knowledge of electronics is scarce, whenever it is soldering and routing cables is no problem but more than that no. connect to a potentiometer the wet output on one side and the dry output on the other but in the central pin the mix was not produced, should it work? I am from Argentina and I use the google translator so I apologize if something is not understood!

Apparently they have what I need but bringing it to the country where I live is a lottery, maybe it will never arrive, rather I am looking for a solution of the diy type
