I looked at four random pieces from that list, and all are listed as "public domain" at Petrucci. Listing links to pdf files of public domain files is OK according to our rules at this time. Linking to downloadable versions of copyrighted material is not. So far, this list looks fine to me.

The Yorke Editions are not public domain. Even if the MUSIC is public domain, the EDITION is copyrighted.
