PDF music viewer?

I am really getting tired of lugging around a 3 inch songbook binder to church. I really want to buy an Ipad and load all the songs into it. Most of our songs are already in PDF form on the church bands FTP site. We did that so if a new person or guest joins us we can just point them to the website to print their songbook for that week.

What do you guys recommend? I am also interested in some software that I can note up my music just like I do with my trusty red pencil.

I just use dropbox to automagically share charts between my laptop and iPad:

The dropbox client for iOS lets you view many different kinds of files and you can order off-line files in setlist order.

If you want to mark up PDF files, you will need software that allows editing of PDF files. I don't use Apple products, except for my company phone, so I can't suggest one that would work on your ipad. Another thing you are going to want is a way to turn pages while you are playing.
PageFlip Automatic Page Turner I use the Firefly version.

I keep my music for he worship team sorted alphabetically in a large accordion file (Oh, the irony)--and each time I play I look up the songs in the keys we are using (Depends on who is leading)--and I take those songs--so no big binder to lug around.
I'd need 2 or 3 binders.

I could check with the main worship leader to see what he uses for his tablet for the songs.
He also has a wireless foot switch to change pages.

Bluebeam for iPad will allow you to edit and mark up pdf files on your iPad as well as share those markups with others and allow them to make notes as well on the same documents. It's $10, but it does a lot of stuff. I use the desktop version of their software everyday at work and it's awesome. I don't have a ton of experience with the iPad version though (I have it but haven't used it very much yet), so I can't vouch for it being as good as the desktop version, but it should get you what you want and it'll do more if you want to.
