Peavey Amp(BAM 210)

Hello everyone. I am a new member to TB an a beginner in bass playing. I would like to know if anyone is familiar with a Peavey BAM 210 Amp. I own one and just tonite experienced a problem with volume and hear a rattling when hitting strings. Any help appreciated.
