peavey axcelerator needs passives (like cirrus?)

Have a peavey axcelerator with active soapbars (2 batteries) but the preamp died with one pickup having one of its wires pulled out (don't ask, a horrible horrible accident!)
4 string

ANyway, would like some passive replacements (just like passives overall) with a deep to midrangey sound...high end not really used. Problem is these are convex? (rolled off at ends of pickup) and can't seem to find anything to fit without possible causing string thunk on g and e strings.....all i have seen are the rectangle "blocks"

any suggestions?
thanks!

peavey is "looking into it" for their replacements but nothing so far....

If you think about it, all pickup sizes were proprietary once. But when people start making copies in that size, it becomes standard. That includes Fender and Gibson style pickups.

So if more people made replacement pickups for Peavey basses, they would be more standard.

Bartolini might make them. They make a zillion different sizes!
