Up for sale/trade is my Peavey B-Quad 4. This bass is in excellent condition overall but has been upgraded. The original electronics went south according to the previous owner and was replaced with a Demeter 3-band preamp. This preamp is HOT and sounds great. The original bridge was also replaced with an Omega Bad Ass style bridge. Cosmetically there are 2 finish chips on the headstock(pictured) and on on the lower horn(also pictured. The flame on this bass is outstanding! The bass plays with really low action on the neck and is very thin front to back. The bass will come with it's original case which had a crack in it on the bottom and was repaired. The bass weighs 8lbs 15oz. As far as trades go I am interested in 4 string Jazz bass styled instruments with active electronics. I might also be interested in a Stingray 4 with a maple fretboard. I am looking for a 10lb or less bass. I put the trade value on this bass at $1600.00. Buyer to pay shipping and I will only ship to the lower 48 states.
