This is an exceptional example of US Peavey Cirrus line. FLAME Claro Walnut top, walnut back and neck. Extremely rare production model. Plays like a dream, everything is in working order. The bass is used so I'm sure there are tiny surface scratches and wear. There are a couple of impressions on the back of the neck that you can feel. I can't photograph them properly, if that bugs you then a luthier could easily make the spots smooth again. Included the OHSC.

  • Walnut body
  • Claro Walnut top wood
  • Walnut neck with maple stringers
  • Pau Ferro fretboard
  • Neck-thru joint
  • 35" scale length
  • 24 frets
  • 1.65 nut width
  • 12" fretboard radius
  • Milled ABM multi-adjustable bridge
  • Internally active VFL pickups
  • 3-band EQ with 10dB cut/boost
  • Black hardware

Man, if you were willing to actually do a trade, I'd send over my Yamaha BBP35. It's a monster.

Curious - I choose the exact same knobs and tuners when I upgraded my Cirrus. GLWTS - this is a beautiful instrument.

A very good friend of mine has a cirrus 5 that was without hardware. He took it off years ago and couldn't remember what happened to it. So I gave him the gold hardware that originally came with this cirrus and replaced it with black. His Dad passed away the same week and he told me that having his old cirrus back it was the only bright spot in his life that week. So it was meant to be imo.

Beautiful bass! I have a 5 stringer redwood top version. Really great player and great value. Is Virginia considered local?
