The regular bass sound mixed with a synth bass (cheap peavey module.) The synth sent through the podxt with some preset delay effect.
My playing is horrible on here because the action is really high on the thing for now. The drums are just a loop on the computer. i recorded this with a webcam mic so you can hear me swearing at the action LOL
I vary the synth setting a few times. 1 octave up, 2 octaves up, a fifth up, unison, maybe an octave down. I really like the 5th up one at the end.
This bass is really cool and you have to alter your technique slightly. You must be very precise with your playing, and no hammer ons or pull offs for the midi triggering. I have to clean up my playing so it's worth keeping it just for that.

Update: You can do hammer ons and pull-ffs and slides just fine. i since found out that i couldn't on this because of limitations of the extremely cheap module. I now have another module that works fantastic!
