Peavey Millennium 4 String, worth £100?

My brother is looking a bass, something cheap to mess about with as he's just beginning to play bass. It is a Peavey Millennium 4 String (Invalid Link Removed). Its an ex demo for under £100. I think its a good deal.

What is your views on it? Worth the money? Anyone own one?

What is the country of manufacture? Quality-wise, it runs Indonesia (best) to Vietnam (worst), with China in between.

I bought one for $159 US. Used. Indonesia made. Love it.
