Peavey T-40 Bass?

Mine has been my main for about 8-9 years and I recently scored another t40 body to throw darkstars and an aluminum neck on. The weight isn't as bad as everyone says, at least not on mine.

Good basses, nice range of tones, generally pretty heavy. Your mileage may vary.

Most I’ve seen are quite heavy, but I saw one just before everything locked down in 2020 that was quite light, so they are out there
If my gear fund was healthier at the time I may have bought it.
I tried to get someone I knew who was looking for abass to check it our, but he wanted a shortscale bass
