Question:Is it possible, do-able and effective to add \change the

internal speaker within the Tour 115 to a more powerful long

excursion woofer and couple the outputs ( internal and external

cab ) to have a 500 watt booming compact amp without having to

add the external cab ?

Not the coupling the outputs part.

Moving from a 1502 model Widow to a 1505 model will let it take more slam in the lows, but play cleaner in the mids. Would lose the grind and "aggressive" tone. Sensitivity wouldn't increase either.

The way to get louder is through more speaker surface area, not more wattage.
