Rockboard by Warwick boards come with an option on most of their models to have a live-in ABS case. I use it with my Quad 4.2 and it's fantastic!

Boss makes a couple of different sizes that do what you want, but you are pretty much stuck using Boss stuff.
I have Boss BCB30 pedaboard. My EBS and TC Electronic pedals fit in there too (after some work with chisel).
Yep, my Ampeg pedals fit perfectly as well.Mt tc electronic pedals fit my vintage BCB-3 boxes with no modification required.

+1 on pedal pad
Take a good look at Pedal Pad, various sizes and I/O options available. I like the ability to open up the board surface via some kind of hinged system, makes it easy to access the underside without having to flip the entire board over.
I also have a large Pedal Pad that is great, hinged top with I/O on the side and an integrated mic stand. View attachment 4429872
