Wrap in bubble wrap, drop in a sturdy box, Priority Mail. There's a priority flat rate box that fits a wah and will probably be the cheapest way to ship one of those heavy suckers.

The one that fits a wah is a little over $10, but in that ballpark. Unless you are shipping in-state, it's unlikely anything will be cheaper for shipping a wah than a priority flat rate box. You can get prices on the USPS website.
