Hi All, I would like to ask help on how should be my pedal train setup/arrangement from Bass to the amp. My current pedals are boss GEB-7, Hartke bass attack, mxr bass compressor and behringer bass chorus. Currently my pedal arrangement is From the Bass it goes to the MXR bass compressor->Boss GEB7->Hartke Bass attack->behringer bass chorus-> amplifier.. Sorry for this noob question, I just need help with this as this is my first setting up pedals. I usually just plug my bass before to the amp.

Depends on how you are using each pedal, but if you are using them for their "primary purposes" that order looks perfectly fine. Well done.
After you play it for a bit you may want to move things around to see how the sound changes. It will be subtle, so you should get used to that base sound first.

Thanks for the quick response. Yup! Iam using them for their primary purposes. I will try and experiment the order/arrangement of the pedals. I also might consider getting the Zoom B3 next year.
I would fo MXR comp > chorus > EQ > Hartke.
The EQ could go before or after the chorus, just depends on how you use it. Overall, a pedal like the Hartke should, to me and IME/IMO, go last or almost very last. That would be your main tone shaper/preamp. You usually want everything on your board to go through that and have it be last right before it hits your amp. But then again, pedal order is personal and very open to interpretation and is different for everyone. Its like a wah, most guys I see put it at the beginning of their chains. I cant stand it there, I put mine almost at the very end. I like to sweep everything on my board.
Try different orders, you may be pleasantly/disappointed at what you find. Pedal order can sometimes drastically affect the sounds that come out of a pedal(s). Sometimes for the better, sometimes not so good. Youre lucky you only have 4 to work with. Imagine if you had 20+

Yes, that is correct. I used to get confused when I first asked questions like this as well. Almost always people usually refer to effects chain order from bass > effects > amp. Not always, but most the time.
