Pedalboard Patchbay

I want a patchbay I can bolt to my new pedalboard at the moment I want

IEC or Power Con in
2 IEC's out on an opposite side

Then 7 Locking Jacks one side and a matching 7 the other.

Would maybe be interested in having a power switch on it as well

Does anyone know a company or person that could build this.
