Well it depends on the adapters that you'll be using. I tried to put my power strip under my PT-Pro, but it wouldn't work without the adapters themselves hitting the ground. I'd tie it to the side, but then the board won't fit in the hard case. I'd say it wouldn't fit underneath.
If you mount the power strips underneath and use a few "power strip liberators" you can mount the power supplies off to the side of the strips so everything is flush.
i mounted everything on mine with zip ties. I had a pedaltrain 2, had the power strip in the middle, and the little space saver things going out to the sides where i had the power supplies and one towards the front to a one spot. the bottom of the board was a big mess of power cables, power supplies, and the cables from the pedals, but the top was perfectly neat and organized and everything sat evenly on the floor.
