Double Bass Phil Jones Cub vs Double 4

I’m considering a Pj amp and would like to know the difference in the sound and features if the cub and the double 4

my needs are to amplify an upright for all acoustic gigs with a line out if I need more.

Normally the rest of the band use mikes and I use an amp. We don’t get real loud and there are no drums.

Would like options on the pros and cons of these 2 amps!

I play a PJB BG400 that I love and I was even was getting tired of schlepping that; so I recently treated myself to the BG120. I'm very happy with it. I intend to use it in jazz settings, not loud rock gigs. With my Electric Upright it more than holds its own in a New Orleans septet, horns, drums, guitar, banjo. I tried the Double 4 in the store for a few minutes and it didn't do it for me. I think I was intentionally trying to unsell myself on it and hitting low B to Fart it out. It may be a nice little amp I don't know. But I can certainly endorse the BG120 in a moderately loud jazz setting.
Apparently, I've come a long way from the old days of not thinking twice about humping my 2 x 15 Acoustic Refrigerator.
