I'm in the midst of a mild restoration project on a Rogue 5 string. It's mainly for practice and to learn before I tackle anything very expensive. Anyway, I don't really like the look of the pickups with the Rogue logo on them. Can I paint them, or will that change their sound? The pickups look like they have plastic covers on them, but I can't tell if they come off...
