Pickups for my Les Paul Bass?

I have an epiphone Les Paul Standard bass. The pickups are... a bit lacking. I'm a big EMG guy. what EMG's will fit? Any one have any other ideas besides EMG's? I'm open to suggestions. Please help!

40 dc EMG's would sound awesome in a lp . Than put a white and black bulls eye on it and you can have a Zakk Wylde bass lol

I was thinking that, but are they the right size? Mine is the one with the chrome pickup covers...
