Please help Identify this BASS

Need Help Identifying this bass, recently had a family member pass, and took over his large collection of basses and guitars. This is the only one we can't find anything about this bass.

i appreciate ya'lls help, yea he had a very extensive collection of around 70+ basses and guitars from alembics and rick cs4001s to a mexican P bass, from vintage or modern. this was the only one without any accompanying paperwork or sales receipts or anything identifying it. Literally said mystery bass on the list. but thank ya'll so much

I don't recall seeing other Pavels that were straight Jazz copies with the Fender-licensed headstock. I've seen a few Jazz types, but they always had his own variation on the headstock design. Might this be one that was assembled for someone by Pavel from pre-made neck and body by Warmoth?

That's a likely guess - the body appears to be in line with Pavel's other builds that I'm seeing on Google, but you're right on the FMIC headstock. It also says, what, 11-01-03 on the headstock? Maybe he started out making parts basses? I know little about Pavel, other than that they are always spoken of very highly here.
