how can I do this connection/link

i think why your are confused is that the pickups wired on there only have a hot+ and a ground- . the new pickup looks to have 2 hots, 2 grounds, and a shield ground. they are separated so you can wire that pickup in different ways, series, paralell (humbucker) ect. you need the diagram for the pickup which tells you which wires to connect to get a certain combination (series ,paralell ect). once you have the combo right, its only a matter of removing the +&- and reconnecting the new one. if u dont have the diagram to tell you which colors, try the web, or the companys website for a wiring diagram. any problems, pm me. johnny a.

I have bqc circuit. how can i connect emg 40tw to bqc? If someone knows how, can he/she add a photo of it?

Look at Link Removed. That shows you how to wire the 40TW into the coil selector swtich. 5 wires go in, two come out. Those two then go into the BQC.
