Hi all,

I have the opportunity to purchase either a behringer v-amp or korg ax10b for about the same price. I've never used either. I am not a big effects guy but I would like to have something like this to play around with. Does anyone have any input on which would be the better unit? Thanks.

well, the behringer is more based on amp modelling, with some fx, and the korg is an effects unit.
So, it does depend to an extent what you're looking for. Sounds like you're more looking for some fx to try out more than modelling.

Absolutely. Maybe just a little wah, compression, and OD. I would like to just do 4 or 5 decent sounding patches that I can access quickly. Oh yeah, I forgot to ask, are these things stage worthy? Thanks.
