I knew someone would ask. I'd be happy to tab it. The left hand positioning is crucial to playing this well, especially with all the glissandos. I'll try to get it up as soon as I can but it may take me a few days until I have the time for it.
Bars 1 to 4, 8, 20, 22, 24, 28, 35, 36, 43 to 50, 54, 56 to 59, 62, 63 and 67 have a note in parenthesis on the third beat. It's usually a C natural and for four bars it's a G natural. These notes are not meant to be articulated. They function more as a passing tone when sliding down from D to Bb or A to F. Only pick, slap or pluck the D and Bb or A and F with the notes in parenthesis ending up under your pinky finger from the glissando aka slide.

Very cool!! - it seems smoother to play the "E" in the main riff on the 2nd fret D-string, rather than jumping the whole way up to the 7th.
Draw your own conclusions, but based on bars 11 and 13, I figured Ed played the E on the 7th fret. It feels a bit heavier on the A string and lends itself better to Simandl method type fingering which I tend to prefer.
dang. been burning the candle at both ends and was about to turn in, but then i saw this. i play that fill that starts with Eb on the E string 11th fret. on my P bass it sounds fatter there. thnx for this.
