Polytone

Just got home from a gig with my 4 piece band, " Viynl " . Acoustic 60's,70's , and 80's rock And Roll.

2 guitars, bass, & percussion. Used my dad's old 80's Polytone mini brute III, with Squier VM P bass(TB).

Mic'd the Cajon, strong kick! The Tele bass sounded tight, fat , and punchy thru the 90 watt Polytone. I am really impressed!!!

There was a time Polytone was pretty huge, especially with jazz players. My first bass teacher in the 70's had a MiniBrute that was pretty cool. They're apparently still in business, too.
