Portable multitrack recorders?

I tried searching but my iPhone is acting stupid and won't let me. So just a quick question. What do you guys use to record rehearsals, practice, or just jamming? My situation is this.... I'm not looking to start some super advanced home studio. I'd like to be able to use a single piece of equipment and some mics to record jams and other impromptu sessions that have been popping up. So I'm looking for something that will do this.....

Something that lets you record multiple tracks at one time. Up to four at least. And can play back thru external speakers. Also needs to be able to bounce the recordings to other programs. Preferrably by individual tracks and not as one single track.

Can anybody point me in the direction of a couple good pieces to check out? Thanks.

I have the Boss Micro BR. I'm able to record in MP3 mode, plug it into my computer, drag the songs over to a file on my desktop and e-mail them over to the other members in the band. It's very easy. This is with the optional stereo microphone. Or we can just line in. I haven't got into that as much but you can master the tracks and all sorts of things...

EDIT: It's also a 4 Track
