i was being stupid and was messing around with stuff with my amp and computer. i was using a stereo adapter and had my sound card/computer hooked up to my amp. while doing so, i plugged it in the phones jack and i now everytime i turn it on there is a very loud buzz and when i play it gets all cracky and it sounds like i blew up the speaker. im pretty sure i damaged something and wondering whats wrong with it and how i would fix it. i have a behringer bx1200 btw. PLEASE I NEED HELP thxs

considering the "phones" jack is an OUTPUT jack, it is highly possible that you did some damage. I don't know exactly *HOW* it would happen since the signal coming from the computer isn't hot, but your headphone jack on your amp is meant for you to plug headphones into it.
