I find this setting gives me crisp highs and cutting mids while keeping a chest thumping low end.

It changes depending on the style I'm playing (i.e. funk + reggae I'll tend to use hi lows, and lower mids - trebs) but that's usually what I keep it at. I love how the mids are brought out when I use my bongo.

Trace Elliot 4x10 combo with a GP7 SM head, so also has an overall EQ balance (I keep it on 10 o'clock position for a slight low-end boost)

Couple that with a warwick in humbucking bridge and jazz neck series pickup mode...and you get one hell of a tone :D
