And we're back...

I'd glad I play bass because I suck at photography.

If grygrx were to come in here and clean up we'd be on like page five. Seriously the only reason he hasn't is because it would take the better part of his day and from what I recall he is writing more and being on the computer less.

Although it has only taken 3 weeks to burn through this one as opposed to a month,...and honestly,...it could die out on post 995.

Did I mention I love your board Double D. How do you use your Programmable?

Yes, you have, and I think it's in a semi-permanent state right now. I've finally convinced myself not to buy anything until I get the Pitchfactor. Especially considering I've been through the classifieds about 2,000 times in the past few weeks.

As far as the PBDDI, I'm sure it's pretty obvious how much I like dirt, so it really gets used only as an EQ/DI. The overdrive on it is way too tame for me. It's set pretty much for an awsesome clean channel, a clean boost, and a slightly gritty tone before I open up the other insane-o fuzzes I have on board. For EQing and tone shaping, however, I refuse to play without it on my big rig or my bedroom rig. I can't believe it took me so long to get around to buying one.

Fishyfan, I have the pedals facing the other way because my big ole feet have trouble hitting the little buttons ;) With those two pedals up there, I can over shoot and not worry about smashing knobs.

As for effect order, I'm still working on that. I read an article in Bass Player and followed the advice from it to get my current order. I'm still messing around with it to find what I like best.

I use the sans amp any time I play finger style and turn it off to play pick or slap, so I figure I'll always keep that at the front of my chain. I'll flip the POG and the Pi to check out the differences!
