I left my practice rig & pedalboard on by mistake. When I got home and glanced in the office, it looked a little bit like a space shuttle cockpit!
Here is a quick throw-together from last night's blues gig.

Whoa, is that the Obey dude? (EDIT: I just now noticed you said "looking" in your post, rendering the rest of this paragraph quite foolish it would seem, but I shall retain its full flavour nonetheless.) It's a FuzzHugger AB-Synth either way. Their website says "graphics by OPM" but Google has no intent of furthering my knowledge of such things at this time. Wait, finally found something. OPM = RoboPimp = some dude on HC apparently. Obey only does big money like Fender and Saks, so that makes sense.
Anywho, I love the pedal. It's a pretty wild fuzz with an oscillating mode that responds to any knob or switch you can manipulate on yer bass, provided it is of the passive variety. Highly featured on the Sine Nomine noise comp coming out soon, maybe we'll make mad money and Tom HuggFuzzer will start sending me mad free pedals?! If that happens then for the next compilation I'll use Toneczar and BJFE...
Hey all, this is my first post, and I figured this is the best place to kick things off. I've been putting together this pedal board and this thread has helped me to make some better informed decisions.
The chain thus far is HT-2>Morpheus Droptune>HT DUAL>Decimator>Sansamp VT>CE5>RC-2.
I'm actually a converted guitar player who has only been playing bass for a year and a half, but I have been enjoying it quite a bit. Since I play both, I have been trying to find effects that play nice with both instruments.
All that's missing is the Compressore I ordered from MF, of which I've just received notice that it will be shipped in the next 30 days. The Droptune is keeping it's spot on the board warm for the time being.
Also the RC-2 is just on the board until I can get some more pedals to fill things out. It's cool, but I don't have a lot of application for it in live situations.

It's pretty awesome (for guitar obviously) if you're going to heavily distort your sound. Clean is passable, but there's no substitute for the real thing. It's also a little bit of a tone-sucker, but it has a usb mini slot for updating the firmware, so there is some potential for real improvements.
But the strong points are what make it a toy worthy of owning. It tracks flawlessly for single notes and chords, and with almost no latency. It feels very natural to play along with it provided you're not practicing at bedroom levels...otherwise you can hear the real pitch of the string and the resulting harmonies can be distracting. It really shines when you throw some distortion after it, and lets face it it's probably why you'd get a pedal like this.
After initially getting set up, I dropped 2 semitones to D to jam on some Pantera, and it was very convincing. Then I dropped it even lower for some real brutality, and it was deep and powerful, but without the slackened strings you would usually associate with playing so low. As I said before, it sucks tone, but it's easy to boost the treble to make up for it.
Bottom line is it's a lot of fun, and could have some really usefully applications for playing live or recording some deep dark metal!

Nice, my guitard uses one of those so he doesn't hafta switch guitars every 5 seconds, makes the set go much smoother, great pedal.

I want one of those Multiwave pedals,....badly.
I've seen two,...one with one FS and the one with 3 (like yours)....Is the only difference preset saves?
EDIT: Looked at the website,...and discovered some of the differences,...still,....want even if it is a rather large pedal.

That's a sweet setup.
If I was you and looking to fill a little space, I'd get a fixed expression pedal to go with that M9. Takes up no room, hardly, and doubles your settings.

Wow, I would love this set up. I'm still saving for the M9. I was getting pretty close to getting one but I've had very few gigs this winter and I had to use all my savings for rent and gas and other things that are no fun.
My RHCP tribute band officially called it quits so the PT-Mini I was using for it has been repurposed into my fretless board. Tried a couple things (reverb then delay vs the other way around, flanger in different places) and eventually ended up with this:
