Power Conditioner

I'm looking to buy a power conditioner, but I'm not sure what to buy. This may be a stupid question, but can I adjust the voltage output (e.g. from 230V to 220V, from 230V to 240V, from 240V to 220V etc.) with a power conditioner (like I can with variable transformer)? Also, which one should I get (there seem to be huge differences in the price, but I'm not sure what to get (or what do I need) with more expensive units? I see a lot of people using Furman power conditioners. Thanks!

I didn't see any model that was adjustable. If there was one where they included a variac or multitap transformer, it would probably retail for $8000.00, judging by the prices of their other products.

From what I can gather, your 1500 euros buys you a line filter choke, perhaps some ferrite beads a few varistors two pull out lamps and an enclosure. It appears this is targeted for the home AV market.

Well, they're not all the same. I'm sure the one for 1500eur can do a bit more than the one for 100eur. So it can't adjust voltage from 240V/220V to 230V?
I believe a true power conditioner (PC) does adjust the output voltage, but............it does so to maintain the nominal input voltage. As in, a 240V PC would maintain that 240V even if the input voltage dropped or raise within a set parameter range, say, 230V to 250V, for example.

What you're looking for might be a conditioner and a Brown Box to tweak the voltage.
