Power supply Akai Deep Impact SB1

Power supply of my Deep Impact SB1 broke. It’s rated 9V 200mA (center negative).
Do you think a generic Boss power supply (eg PSA-230S) would work? It’s rated 9V but 500mA (instead of 200). Would that be a problem? Any thoughts?

As long as the voltage is the right value and regulated and the polarity is correct, “too much” current isn’t a problem. Pedals only draw what they need.
