Power Supply with two 15v outputs

I have a compact pedalboard that features an Eden WTDI and an Eden Glowplug, both of which are 15v. The other six pedals (Boss CEB-3, Boss AW-3, Trex Quint, Radial Bigshot, EHX Bass Soul Food, D'addario Tuner) are all 9v.

Who makes a power supply with 6 9v and two 15v options?

The Cioks DC-7/Eventide Powermax (same supply, different branding) should do the trick. You'd need to double up on one outlet since there's only 7 spots, but you can select 9, 12, 15, or 18v on each of outlets.
