Practice amp

Hi,

I was considering of buying a small bass amp to practice @ home.
I own a Orange ad200b and an orange obc115 but its killing my back to haul it up the stairs. So as for my question do you guys have any practice amps from wich you say are good for practicing and still give a nice sound if you turn up the volume a bit?
I was thinking of a price range for up to about 300 dollars. But i live in Belgium so the prices here will be more expensive than in the US.

How about Korg Pandora or similar headphone amp-includes drum beats and a tuner and weighs nothing. You can take it on vacation as well.

Try to find you a Trace 10 they are real nice but hard to find.

And how does that work cause it seems so small. You need a cab to connect to it or the sound comes out of that small box?
