Double Bass Preamp between FC and iAMP800

Looking for pre-amp ideas. I'm using a Fishman Full Circle into an iAmp800c and am very happy with the set-up. The catch is, when doubling I'd like to run URB and electric through a Radial Tonebone. While the FC is fine straight into the iAmp, going through the tonebone muddies up the sound. I'd just like to find a preamp that's simple, reliable, and quiet. Don't need lots of EQ since the Euphonic Audio set up has that well covered.

When I used to double using the iAmp, I used a Sansamp RBI as a preamp, and just plugged the cable for whichever axe I was using into the input of the Sansamp. It sounded great for both axes. I considered getting an A/B box to do the switching for me, but never got around to it.

The Sansamp looks like a great piece of gear, but mostly I was just looking for the simplest way to keep the Full Circle's tone intact while taking advantage of the tonebone for switching basses without a delay to reset levels and EQ.

Somewhere there were posts about a impedance matching buffer/preamp that was built into an Altoid box(?) Does anybody recall anything like that? Otherwise it looks like the Fishman preamp would be as good a choice as any.

I use a Link Removed between the Eminence and Bassbone when doubling with my Eminence and plank basses. That's really all you need, or less, just something to do the impedance matching job.
