Preamp Identification,What is this Pre?

I received a bass with this pre and no one can identify it and has no markings.Its push/ pull Volume for active/passive,balance,bass, treble and a three way switch that was tied into the pre.HELP!!!!
Does anyone have a wiring diagram for this preamp?

It's an (overseas) Bartolini MK1.
You can see "mk 1" marking on the bottom right of the component side.

If it's made for Cort, it could've been put in most anything they made (for whomever).

Yep, that's an MK1. My personal opinion would be to replace it with something else.

I honestly cant believe that I remembered that I had that. I found it on the Ibanez website about a year ago. I remember searching for hours for that diagram before I finally found it. I used this diagram for a customers bass that he was trying to put back to stock, so I can confirm it is correct. I'm glad I could help.
