Long time lurker, first time poster.
Just picked up my QSC GX5 and an RBI for my new rig. It's going through an Avatar 4x10 & 2x12. I'm looking for a second preamp to go through ch B of my power amp and wanted to know what some people had for suggestions. I'm looking for dirtier sounds, was thinking maybe something like a Bass VT or British Jimmy Mod but maybe thought i'm being too Tech 21 fanboyish. What do you fine TBers suggest?
