Precision pickup ID?

I just picked up a fretless precision bass built by luthier Dan Erlewine in the early 2000's (Stew Mac and Dan are both located in my town), and while I've identified a number of parts on this bass, I'm having trouble with the pickups. Either TB or my phone is giving me issues posting pictures, but I'll get to that soon. They seem to have hex indentations set in the pole pieces but otherwise seem to be drop in Fender replacements. Pics asap.
Btw, I'm loving this bass...never thought I'd dig fretless!

They sound like DiMarzios (PAF or model P). I don't know of any others with a hex head to adjust the pole pieces, but I could be wrong. Here is a pic:
