I was just randomly searching something about Justin Chancellor’s effects and saw his PE Overdriver and made me do a search to see if anything ever came about after they shut down 5 years ago.
Turns out, a lot of the old pedals are being reissued. No need to pay crazy amounts anymore. I love my Depth Charge. I got it for a steal 10 years ago.

Yes. On Friday. Just terrible. Who knows what their plans are now. I guess we will find out soon enough. The guy made some great stuff.
