I just bought this same combo six days ago and this is the third time this year I've been caught like this man oh man my luck stinks. I will say this is a fantastic price and the pedal is ridiculous I'm having so much fun it definitely is studio quality.

Can you explain what the expression pedal will do for the pedal? I was really just interested in the pedal. I have an EBS Octabass, MXR Envelope Filter. I'm trying to get rid of.

Sure. You can plug in up to four expression pedals at the same time. Cutoff, Resonance, Amount and Mix can all accept an expression pedal. I use mine on Resonance. With the expression pedal you are essentially turning the knob while you are playing. You can then do on stage what was only possible in a studio or with a bass tech controlling your pedals. You adjust parameters with your feet while you are playing with your hands. It is a pretty cool thing when you are doing any kind of drum and bass or electronica gig. I have two but I am using the second on my Little Phatty.
