I have too many basses and unfortunately for me, this one has to go but I'll be ordering a new Aluminati custom model in 2024. Otherwise, this would be a keeper. The sustain by far, last much longer than any traditional wooden neck I've played and overall has clear and pronounced note definition. Aluminati necks are hollow with a milled headstock and weigh about the same as a wooden neck. They're built with the optimal neck profile and unlike traditional wooded necks, they are impervious to movement, twist or fret sprout due to climate changes. Therefore, is no trussrod making the setup process that much easier.
Aluminati's basses and guitars are designed to be ambidextrous. In order to change from right to left hand play you simply unbolt the brass nut, flip it over and bolt it back in. Custom cut brass nuts are available from Aluminati if you want to swap out it for alternative string gauges. It's currently setup for right-handed play. The neck shape is a shallow "D" with the optional silky satin finish, woven carbon fiber fretboard and Jescar stainless steel frets. I find it to be a very comfortable neck.
This model includes the LED option. The on/off switch is on pickguard.
A hardshell case and free shipping is included. I also have this bass listed for sale on Reverb.
Feel free to message me.
