    Hey guys,

My rig is a mesa bass 400+, eden 212xlt and 210xst, both 8 ohm cabs. Love the sound, but the light inside the 210xst lights up contstantly with moderate volume. I've got all of the treble controls turned down, any thoughts as to why this would be happening? Is there a problem with the cab? Will I eventually where out the cab? l've also been thinkin bout selling the cabs (they're only 5 months old) and trying the dr bass 412 instead. Does anybody have any experience with the dr bass 412 compared to the edens? Thanks in advance!

Never seen a light come on in my Eden cabs.
Perhaps try a different bulb..or fuse

What area do you live in?

If you do a search at the Eden Electronics forum, I believe there was a recent thread where the cab had similar symptoms and IIRC the problem was an intermittent connection somewhere inside the cab. The tweeter protection light should not be flashing at moderate volumes unless there's a lot of screechy high frequency content in your signal, in which case your other cab would be lighting up also. So it's likely a problem inside the cab. You're still under warranty if it turns out you need a new crossover or something. Good luck,
