Problem with hohner b2a

Hello, i have a serious problem and i dont know what i can do. I have a hohner b2a bass(lefthanded) and when i try to slap the e string i hear a sound like fret buzz or something... i try to set lower or higher the string , to change the string, ... please, help me...
i dont have problem with the other strings...

Check the locking setscrew on the bridge, and also that the set screws for height adustment on the individual bridge saddles are are down against the plate.
