Problem with leaving feedback

I'm not sure who to direct this to or how... I am wanting to leave positive feedback for a seller, and no matter what comment I post in the "Short Comment" section, I get an error message saying that my message is too short and to add five characters. What's going on?

Do you fill the other fields?
(the URL to the original thread is not necessary)
At the top there are two drop-down lists to rate the deal.
Did you also write comments in the bix box at the bottom?

OK, I got it to work after leaving more feedback in the "additional" feedback box at the bottom. I thought that was optional.
