problems with 5 string fretless bass

Im building a five string fretless bass, but when i went to fit the neck today i discovered the neck slot i routed left the neck just a tad bit crooked, to the left to be precise. It's not very noticeable, but im wondering if i should try to get it straight or just go ahead and put the bridge on accordingly. and if i should try to make the neck fit straight, how should i do that???
