Double Bass Problems with fast playing (bow)

Hi
I am from Croatia and I am playing Double bass for 4 years. I have started with some easy stuff but now that I am older I am starting to have problems with speed of playing with my bow. Btw I am playing with French bow. I wondered if anyone can help me with technique or something that will help me to start playing fast with my bow in short time. Without seeing or hearing you I would say to use as little bow as possible, stay near the fingerboard and use only the weight of the bow. No arm weight yet.

Yeah some video would be useful. Audio recordings would help us understand but video would help us help you.
