Pulcinella SCORE?

Discussion in 'Music [DB]' started by Jesse Dietschi, Jan 18, 2021.

  1. Hi folks, I'm wondering if anyone has a score for the VII: Vivo movement of Stravinsky's Pulcinella? I can only seem to find piano scores online. Thank you in advance!

Have separate parts but not the full score - do you just need the bass part?
  3. Hi Nick, I have the part already so I'm looking for the score if possible. Thank you for reaching out though!

  4. I assume you’ve already checked imslp and it’s under copyright, right? Let me check though my stuff and see.
  5. Other than buying the score online your best option is to go into a university music library and see if they have it. You might also be able to find it in a public library. It's not public domain in the EU or Canada currently according to imslp.

  6. Yeah I'm waiting on a copy from the library (gonna take a while to get transferred), but figured I'd ask in case someone had a pdf kicking around their computer
  7. I actually checked the Pulcinella score out of a music library to copy the complete bass part for the vivo mvt. by hand since it was incomplete in the Zimmerman excerpt books. Good to hear it’s on the way to you, great piece! Might be my favorite Stravinsky.
  8. I know it's been a while but I came across this when thumbing through some folders of bass excerpts and solos.
