Yeah, I love the SC sound, but some venues just make them unusable. It's one of the reasons I also have a Custom similar to his, and also one reason I had one of my regular Sonus' modified (by Zon) to use some of the new HB's they're using in their Classic series.Very nice! One of the few brands of bass I would buy again if I had the bread. Especially in the HB pups config! nice bass!
STUNNING! I LOVE IT!
Yeah, I'm not surprised you went for the Custom since you had a Modulus before... the Custom is a lot more "modern" sounding than the regular Sonus models... a bit more "EMG-like", which should suit you fantastically. I bet you find this bass a lot more natural sounding and "musical" as well as easier to play with the shorter scale.
quick question... how much does it weigh?
Not all of them. Many of them are generally around the usual 9 pounds. I actually have one that's just slightly over 10 pounds! KILLER tone, but I definitely feel it more than my 7.5 pound "main" one.Zons are soooooo light...
...that would be a pretty dang great lookin' bass!...(img)That would be mine ^_^
Congratulations and welcome to the club![]()
